Vamps and Wolves hanging out?!

So, we've all been anxious to see more pics and more snippits from the Twilight Saga: Eclipse film.  However, the peeps from Summit Entertainment have been trying effortlessly to keep the movie under wraps.

YET, we are thankful that people still find a way to get pictures, like this one of  the hunky werewolves and the ever so delicious Dr. Carlisle Cullen (Peter Facinelli) hanging out in Vancouver last night.

HMMM... which scene is this?  must be getting cold up there, poor little wolves need there robes!  Wait aren't they supposed to be HOT-BLOODED?  haha

Is Samantha Tying the Knot in STC2?!

Kim Cattrall was walking around NYC in in a white wedding gown on Friday whilst filming scenes for Sex in the City 2!

It kinda makes sense that she would end her bachelorette lifestyle since ALL her best friends are married now...  but can Samantha really pull off the "WIFE" look?  The dress is definitely 'FABULOUS" but... really?

I don't like it... the whole point of Sex and the City is to have women whoring about NYC... how can we expect Samantha to give THAT up?!

Twilight Saga: Eclipse to be a bit more gory and dark

Ashley Green reported last week that Eclipse is set up to be more dark and gory than the other Twilight saga films.  She commented that working with new director, David Slade, she has been getting battered and bruised on set for those infamous fight scenes between newborn vamps and the Cullen clan along with werewolf soldiers.

"I've sat down and spoken with him and broken down the script a little bit.  I definitely like his take on it.  I think it's going to be good."  Green told MTV

Ashely Green also commented on how the 30 Days of Night and Hard Candy director is going to skew the film to be more "real, dark and gory" to adhere to male audiences more...

"It's going to be a battle between studio and director, he's a little more focused on it being a little more real and gory and dark and kinda dramatic versus the first one focused on the love story and the scenery, it was beautiful, but it didn't have a lot of stuff where the guys would go 'oh ya I wanna see that', I think there will be more of that... going into it, I've never had to work so hard with stunt training and fight training...it'll definitely be more 'guy-friendly' "

Thanks Ashely, now I can tell my guy friends to stop hating on the Twilight saga films and maybe I can drag their biased asses out there to the theatre to see Eclipse with me.

I cannot wait!  I'm ready for some movie stills NOW!  :)

Soderbergh's "Infomant!" not as smart as he thinks?

I haven't seen the movie yet, but I've been seeing mixed reviews about Soderbergh's new "Comdey" The Informant!

Unlike Soderbergh's other flims, Erin Brockovich, Ocean's Eleven, Traffic, Che, this new forced comedic film is undermining Soderbergh's power to captivate people's attention.
Based on a true corporate scandal, The Informant! is full of Soderbergh's heavy-handed direction with a uppity score by Marvin Hamlisch to cue laughter from the audience.  A genuinely smart script with a beautiful perfomance by the pudgey Matt Damon, racks up more points for the film.

One critic wrote, that "Hamlisch's score goofy score all but bruises your ribs by jabbing you with "isn't this hilarious?" wackiness, but ultimately the cast plays it so straight that to respond with laughter almost feels like chuckling at a funeral."

So, apparently the movie is just TOO Goofy for words, however, as Soderbergh was trying to get this goofy tone across, he pushed the envelope a bit by turning up Hamlisch's music in the film and having Matt act like an 11-year old throughout the entire movie.  I may still see it just cause I can't believe Matt Damon gained 30lbs for this film!!

It did okay on Rottentomatoes.com, but I'm a bit skeptical.  Maybe Soderbergh should just stick to straightforward dramas.   Sorry buddy.

Saw VI Poster gives new meaning to machine mask...

New Saw VI poster is revealed and we're not surprised that the indecency factor still remains.

Although the other posters were just brutal and disgusting, it always left us questioning what the devices and whatnot are for in the movie.  I'm not exactly sure what THIS device is, but... ugh give "machine mask" a whole other meaning.

So the 6th SAW installment is being released this October, and just being disgusted by the whole "Torture Porn" film genre, I don't think I'll be viewing this movie anytime soon thereafter.

In the film, Agent Strahm is dead and Detective Hoffman has emerged the undisputed successor to Jigsaw's legacy.  As the FBI draws closer to Hoffman, he is foreced to set the game in motion and Jigsaw's grand plan is finally understood.

FINALLY?  Yeah, okay, I'll believe that when I see the FINAL Saw movie is underway.

Perhaps in Saw XV?  haha

Boondock Saints II...Unexpected Sequel!

This is for Kevin...

I'm so jazzed for this movie! Whoo!  And yes, there is a THIRD Brother...

Matt Damon and Michael Douglas Pucker Up!

Yup, Michal Douglas and Matt Damon are going to be more than friends in Steven Soderbergh's new film about Liberace.
Michael Douglas will be playing the flamboyant pianist who insisted he WASN'T gay.

Michael spoke at the Toronto film festival:
Matt’s going to be my young love. Why not? God bless Matt. Hey, it’s easy for me -- he’s in his prime. I said to him, ‘Matt, I love you, man. Boy, that Bourne (series) must really be going strong.’ But good for him. He’s right taking chances.  I’ll get the voice and figure out the piano style. I’m just going to get really comfortable so it’s not a caricature. At this point and at my age, why not? It’s not all autographs and sunglasses.”

Yes there will be make out scenes...  NO, I'm not sure I wanna see them.  :(

Maybe if Liberace was hotter...  but sadly no

Captain Jack is BACK!

Summer 2011 is the release date set for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.
That's right, Jack Sparrow s back and I can't wait.  I don't care if the Pirates saga is going on too long... I just wanna see Johnny and Orlando on the big screen with in their crazy sexy pirate get-ups.  :)

While this was only announced on Sept. 14th, the plot has yet to be revealed.  We shall see...

Green Hornet Villian Confirmed!

The Basterd himself, from Inglorious Basterds, Christoph Waltz will be playing villian Chudnofsky in the 2010 film The Green Hornet.

Waltz received amazing praise for his role as a Nazi colonel in Inglorious Basterd and he will replace rumored actor Nicholas Cage in famous comic turned film.  The character is a crime boss out to unite all the city's gangs into one supermafia.

Let's hope that The Green Hornet lead Seth Rogan and his trusty sidekick Kato, played by Jay Chou can thwart Waltz' character's evil plan!!!

Seth Rogan?  Crime fighter?  This should be interesting, I can't wait!
Hey, he also gets to make out with Cameron Diaz (Green Hornet's love interest)... go SETH!

Spiderman 4? WHY????

Apparently Sony and giant screen company, IMAX are in cahoots to try to get the 4th installment of Spiderman (which is being released may 4, 2011) on the BIGGEST SCREEN EVER.

So now we all get to endure the 4th Spiderman film UP CLOSE.  Jesus.
Ok so I know that the Spiderman franchise is probably one of the IMAX's biggest sellers, but the 4th film?  PUH-LEASE!

If it is anything like Spiderman 3, I'm staying far away from any IMAX opening weekend.
It took me forever to recover from that mistake of a movie and the horrible acting and Hitler hair.
UGH

An even better version of the NEW new moon trailer...
